Kayak fishing with sharks

Kayak fishing with sharks can be fun, hairy and sometimes even scary. This brief (7-min) clip is a collection of some of my shark encounter kayak fishing experiences cut together into a single narrative. It includes scenes from various catches, as well as the seriously close brush with a great white I had last winter - watch to the end to see the best part of that. 

Almost all of this footage has been published within the reams of footage on my youtube channel before, though I've never put it all together like this, nor have I been able to present it in such high resolution until now. The voice over narration puts a lot of it in perspective better than the original footage published previously and quite deliberately answers some of the questions arising from those earlier clips... and hopefully some of the critisisms as well.
